"Academy was a solid day of hands-on learning, support and important insights from a team of Slate subject matter experts. I walked out feeling more confident about how I use Slate and was excited to implement new strategies." Kate McNally, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School

Curriculum

Attendees will learn the ins and outs of creating assignment lists and cadences through hands-on instruction with our expert consultants. Assignment lists leverage configurable joins querying to create dynamic lists of records with whom users are requested to engage, while cadences define the action and timing at which a user should engage with records in their list. Attendees will be guided through the configuration of these features and learn how to apply them to a variety of use cases.

We’ll also share how to build and integrate express portals to share lists and tasks with users. Portals define the user experience and bring your records and data to the immediate attention of those who need to use it. We'll also explore the world of artificial intelligence prompting, and demonstrate how AI can make your data more meaningful and actionable.

Finally, attendees will participate in a strategic discussion of engagement strategies and how to make the most of Slate functionality to ensure that user interactions with your records are the primary focus of their work.
